## What it is

Resume Roast is a free AI resume feedback tool for job seekers. It gives sharp, useful feedback on vague bullets, empty buzzwords, missing proof, quantified impact, ATS readability, and recruiter-scan clarity. The brand voice is candid and funny, but the feedback is intended to be actionable.

## Core workflow

1. Go to [Free Resume Roast](https://resume-roast-k55.madethis.app/roast).
2. Paste resume text or upload a PDF or DOCX.
3. Receive a score out of 100, category-by-category feedback, prioritized fixes, and a scorecard that can be saved or shared.
4. If a deeper edit is useful, review the paid Rescue Rewrite on the [Pricing page](https://resume-roast-k55.madethis.app/pricing).

## Paid Rescue Rewrite

The Rescue Rewrite is a $49 one-time paid option. It includes ATS optimization, stronger evidence-led impact-bullet rewrites, one tailored cover letter, and up to 3 role-targeted resume versions. It is an optional follow-up to the free Roast, not a requirement to use the free tool.
